Sit down, and when in a comfortable position, close your eyes and breathe slowly in, exhale slower.
Make the mind dwell on peace.
If you're a beginner, meditate on everything that seems peaceful to you.
If you're an advanced meditator, send the peace out in to the world, and to Copenhagen.
